True call-centre outsourcing unit expects 15% growth to B350m

, a call-centre outsourcing of , expects to reach its of 15% to 350 million baht this year.

The company claims a 30% share in the outsourcing call-centre market. It plans to in more technologies, including , text-to-speech and personalised () to strengthen its position as a one-stop service.
