Abhisit blames PM for

Referring to -based Political &; Consultancy (PERC)’s study on political and social risks among Asia-Pacific countries in 2009, which ranks the second riskiest country, Mr Abhisit criticised the premier for allowing the situation to lengthen.

He said Mr Somchai has yet to find solutions to the economic and political problems even though the has continually presented suggestions to the government.

Mr Abhisit said the problem would still not be solved even if ousted prime minister and People’s Alliance for (PAD) leader Limthongkul decide to hold talks because it is too late.

He believed the meeting between four sides, namely the government, the , the PAD and the of Against () can be fruitful if each side is open and has clear objectives, but it would mainly depend on the government and the PAD.
