India-Pakistan Anti-Terror Mechanism Meeting Today

NEW DELHI: A Pakistan delegation headed by Aizaz Ahmad Choudhry, Additional Secretary (South Asia) arrived here this evening to attend a meeting of Joint Anti-Terror Mechanism to be held today.
Two senior officials from Interior Ministry also accompanied the Additional Secretary.
The Indian delegation led by Vivek Katju, Special Secretary (Political and International Organizations) will attend the meeting.
The issues relating to terrorism including sharing of information will come under discussion at the talks.
A Press Release issued by Indian External Affairs Ministry said as decided by the Prime Minister of India and the President of Pakistan on September 24, during their meeting in New York, the Special Session of the Joint Anti-Terror Mechanism (JATM) with Pakistan, will be held on October 24, in New Delhi.
